The Prairie Rose is located outside of Pryor, in the Green Country Area of North Eastern Oklahoma. This authentic western period working farm is owned, operated, and worked daily by Loyd Arthur A large, 1800's style barn I call the Western Reception Hall is the main working building of the farm for processing and packaging all of my western farm products and hosting guest's special events, both family and corporate, on those special days in your life. Let me host your special event with authentic genuine chuck wagon cookin' ... perfect for all your cowboy and cowgirl gatherins'. Let Loyd cook you some of his award winning biscuits. Have your party in the Prairie Rose Western Reception Hall and take home some of my organic sorghum, honey, wheat flour, sorghum flour, sweet smelling lye soap, beef, pork, fresh farm eggs, and loyd might even trade you for a billy goat. Farm food products are produced the year round, farm fresh eggs, beef, and pork as well as many seasonal items. Flour both wheat and sorghum is ground fresh the day it is shipped or picked up. Pressing cane sorghum with a mule powered mill is an annual event.
